This coffee comes from Gunung Kasang, a remote highland area in Pakenjeng, Garut. Far from industrial pollution, the coffee trees grow under the shade of native trees in nutrient-rich volcanic soil.

This micro-lot is a curated selection from the misty hills of Garut, West Java. It combines the resilience of remote highlands with the fertility of volcanic soil.
Location 1: The Hidden Gem (Gunung Kasang)
Village: Talagawangi, Pakenjeng
Elevation: ~1,100 MASL
Terroir: A remote, hilly region known for its cold micro-climate and pristine environment, untouched by industrial pollution.
Location 2: The Volcanic Slope (Cisurupan)
Village: Rancadadap, Simpang Sari
Elevation: ~1,200 – 1,400 MASL
Terroir: Located on the fertile slopes near Mt. Papandayan, known for producing coffee with bright acidity and complex sweetness.

Resting
Parchment rested for 30 days to stabilize flavor.
