At Javapreanger.com, we are committed to providing high-quality coffee products and excellent customer service. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been shipped.
1. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any of the following:
- Coffee beans (whole or ground)
- Brewed coffee or related consumables
- Any perishable food items
Once a coffee product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its condition due to variables outside of our control such as storage and handling.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
